I hope that I can inspire women in their 30’s and up to live healthier, age gracefully, and maintain a healthy weight. It is possible to enjoy life and improve your health at the same time.
I am a Registered Nurse, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Health Coach. I, too, am on my own health and fitness journey. I’m always learning from my patients, my studies, and research. I want to share the information I am learning with you. If I can make a difference in just one person’s life, then this is all worth it.
