Partial views from platforms on either side of the loop hike near the top of Fulmer Falls were about the best you could legally do – we’ll see if that remains the case when the park reopens. This place is compared to BushKills but not as extravagant and it free. This narrow waterfall features (or featured) a bridge directly over the top of it. It was a good hike. This park is well-maintained and provides an enjoyable walk along a hard-packed clay trail. The site contains three main waterfalls: Factory Falls, Fulmer Falls and Deer Leap Falls and is a few miles upstream from Dingmans Falls and Silverthread Falls. We went to the right to an overlook over Factory Falls (this is the end of the accessible portion of the trail) and then backtracked to cross the bridge. You can also hike up the other side of the falls for different views. This park is home to three more impressive Delaware Water Gap waterfalls: Factory Falls, Fulmer Falls, and Deer Leap Falls. Unfortunately after a bad snowstorm in March of 2018, it has been indefinitely closed due to the sheer amount of fallen trees blocking the path. We were sad when it was closed for a while but since then it has been maintained well and it has a charm and beauty all it's own. Hike down either sides of the falls. From Deer Leap Falls the 1.2 mile loop was completed by hiking back upstream, along the trail and stairways, back to the parking area.
